: Location not far from casino. A/C worked well. Shower/bath water was hot.
: Customer service. Arived at location around 3pm on May 30th. No one was at the front counter. I rang the bell several times and even called out "Hello" trying to get someone's attention. Finally I called the phone number on my reservation sheet. A lady answered with a foreign accent that I could barely understand. Shortly thereafter, a man came out and checked me in. Later that evening we returned to the room and found that the TV would come on, but it would not connect to the cable system. Site manager came down and tried and even called the cable company. Nothing could be done to correct the problem so we went without TV. Lastly, when we checked out around 10:30am, again the front desk area was empty. Per instructions posted, I left our room keys in the original sleeve piled on top of many others. We are Wyndham property owners and were disappointed at the condition of this place given its association with the Wyndham corporation.
